Terms of Service
1. Booking Policy
Brand new clients require a $50 deposit when booking their first appointment.
All clients booking "Bling Nails" or "Preeminent Nails" will require a deposit.
The full deposit paid will be applied to the service total at check out.
Deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies in my terms of service.
Fills are recommended every 3 week. Fills after 4 weeks will be considered a new set and charged accordingly.
2. Fair Booking Policy
To ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, booking multiple appointments less then 15 days apart with the intent of choosing one and canceling others is not permitted. Regular appointments booked every 3-4 weeks are, of course, welcome. Please be sure to carefully consider your schedule before booking to help me accommodate all clients fairly.
3. Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all service cancellations.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $40.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked and will be required to prepay subsequent appointments when rebooking.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide me as much notice as possible.
If sufficient notice is given any appointment deposits paid by clients will transfer to the new service date.
Short notice rescheduling is subject to the cancelation policy in my terms of service.
5. December Booking Policy
Please be aware that December is an extremely busy month for my studio, and appointments should only be booked if you are certain you can commit to the scheduled time. A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within this time frame will forfeit your deposit, as it is crucial for me to manage my time and availability effectively during this peak season. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping ensure that everyone has access to timely appointments during the holidays.
6. Refunds
I do not offer refunds for my products or services. However, I stand behind my work with my service guarantee.
7. Service Guarantee
I provide a 7-day guarantee on my services for any necessary repairs. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to nail art work and colour changes. If you experience any issues with the quality of my service within 7 days of your appointment, please contact me, and I will be happy to assess and address any necessary repairs at no additional cost.
I take pride in my work and I am dedicated to ensuring that you are pleased with the results.

Note: This service guarantee does not qualify if you request to do a fill on gel/acrylic originally applied by another nail technician. For best results request a removal of your old gel/acrylic and a new set.
8. Missed Appointment and Late Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Appointments
If you miss your prepaid scheduled appointment, or cancel it with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be provided. All prepaid services are subject to the cancelation policy in my terms of service.
