At my Studio, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.
Late Cancellations
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or shoot me a message letting me know. If you don’t let me know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, I charge a $40 cancellation fee. Contact me to find out more.
Running Late?
Chantalylace Nails is a very popular Studio. This means I'm usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since I don’t want to keep any of my other clients waiting unnecessarily. Warranty
I offer a seven day guarantee on new sets and fills that are my original work, because things just happen. This guarantee does not apply if I am working on a previous technicians product. You must advise me of damage prior to seven days for qualification. Contact me for more information as some restrictions apply.
Shipping
All my Luxury Press on Nails receive free "Regular Shipping". Regular shipping takes between 3 - 10 business days depending on your delivery location. Your can select "Expedited Shipping" if you are looking for quicker delivery and tracking. Free pick up in Edmonton is available, please contact me to arrange the date & time.
